SariKo is a marketplace platform operated by Zen Tech Asia Co., Ltd. (MST 0316852554), 195/3 Dien Bien Phu, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. SariKo connects Filipino diaspora sellers in HCMC with buyers who want Filipino food, goods, and services. SariKo acts as an intermediary — it does not own or produce the goods sold on the platform.
To create a buyer account you need only a valid email address or Vietnam phone number. You do not need to upload any ID document. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
All prices on SariKo are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). If you pay with a foreign-issued card, your bank applies its own currency conversion rate — SariKo has no control over this.
What you pay at checkout: (1) Goods total — the price the seller has listed for your items; (2) Delivery fee — calculated by Lalamove based on distance from seller to your address.
All payments are processed by VNPay, a payment intermediary licensed by the State Bank of Vietnam. Accepted methods:
Your payment is held in SariKo's escrow account until your order is delivered and confirmed. The seller is not paid until you confirm receipt — this protects you.
SariKo never stores your card number, bank account credentials, or payment details. These are handled entirely within VNPay's secure environment.
Deliveries are fulfilled by Lalamove. The Lalamove driver collects from the seller and delivers to your address. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. SariKo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or Lalamove service issues beyond its control.
You agree to provide an accurate delivery address. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the Lalamove booking has been confirmed, except where the delivery failure is the seller's fault.
If you do not confirm or deny delivery within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time, the order is automatically marked as delivered and the seller is paid. Make sure you check the app promptly.
You may raise a dispute within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time if:
To raise a dispute: open the order in the app → tap "Raise a Dispute" → select the reason → submit evidence (photos if applicable). SariKo reviews disputes within 24–72 hours and makes a binding determination. If the dispute is upheld, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days via VNPay.
Disputes cannot be raised after you have confirmed delivery in the app.
SariKo's dispute decisions are final. If you disagree with a decision, you may escalate by emailing poppet@sariko.store — escalations are reviewed within 5 business days.

SariKo collects your email/phone, delivery addresses, and order history to operate the platform, process orders, and handle disputes. Your data is processed under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP (Personal Data Protection Decree). SariKo does not sell your data. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing poppet@sariko.store.
Your payment data is processed by VNPay and is subject to VNPay's privacy policy — SariKo never sees your full card or bank details.
SariKo's liability to you is limited to the total value of the order giving rise to the claim. SariKo is not liable for food quality issues where the seller prepared the food correctly, Lalamove delivery delays beyond SariKo's control, or any indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
SariKo warrants that it will process your payment securely via VNPay and hold your funds in escrow until your order is confirmed delivered or a refund is issued.
SariKo may update these terms with 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. The current version is always available at sariko.store/terms.
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through SariKo's dispute process may be referred to the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
